Challenge: Drive traffic and sales of a casual restaurant concept that combines two businesses under one roof: a casual restaurant and a bar. Additionally, to develop a corporate “brand handle” to rally employees around.

Solution: Revitalize and re-position the company as “The Pizza and Beer Authority”. Design advertising and in-store materials to feature both food and drink in a setting with a casual bar look, and develop company cultural elements to embody this new spirit throughout the organization.

Rationale: Use the strengths of each business to reinforce the other: encourage the bar patrons to order food and the diners to enjoy a drink or two.

Results: Introduced to the marketplace and employees with real excitement.
